If you ask me what I came into this world to do, I will tell you. I came to live out loud.
— Emile Zola

My goal in creating Thriving Not Surviving is to help anyone who is willing to live his or her best life.  I want to assist you in the transition from surviving to thriving.   My intention is to create the space for the recovery of your authentic self.  Living a conscious life is a choice that can allow you to experience yourself, life, your relationships and the world in a more meaningful way.  I want to see you live out loud.  I want to encourage you not to play small in this lifetime.  Through a collaborative effort we explore, discover and expand all that is already within you to a limitless potential.

I dedicate my practice to my father who lost his life to the disease of addiction.  In his honor, I reach out my hand to anyone who is willing.

And did you get what you wanted from this life even so? I did. To call myself beloved, to feel myself beloved on the earth.
